- 3 days per week to start (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
- 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Potential to increase to 4 days per week.

Salary: $23 to $25 per hour (depending on experience)
Leq’á:mel First Nation (LFN) is located 22 kilometres east of Mission. LFN continues to assert its inherent rights of self-government over its Territory, which covers a vast area of the Lower Mainland. LFN has approximately 800 Leq’á:mel Xwélmexw (People) and is governed by Chief and Council through its Custom Election Code. Applicants must demonstrate knowledge of Leq’á:mel culture and traditions, or a willingness to learn.
About the Role
Leq’á:mel First Nation (LFN) is seeking a compassionate and dependable Assisted Living Worker to provide practical, respectful, and culturally safe in-home support to Leq’á:mel Xwélmexw (People) who require assistance with daily household tasks due to physical, mental, or socio-economic circumstances.
This role supports Leq’á:mel Xwélmexw (People) independence, dignity, and well-being by helping maintain safe, clean, and functional home environments and by assisting with essential errands and appointments. Working under the direction of the Income Assistance Worker, the Assisted Living Worker plays a key role in supporting Leq’á:mel Xwélmexw (People) with access to the day-to-day supports they need while remaining connected to their homes and community.
This role works closely and collaborates with the Health Care team to provide practical, community- and home-based support in a respectful, non-judgmental, and professional manner.
