Assistance for Patient Travel Expenses for Eligible Treatments

The medical transportation program, supported by First Nations Health Authority (FNHA), provides assistance with travel costs for eligible medical appointments and treatments. We can provide support with expenses, including transportation, meals and accommodations.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this service, you must:

Be a registered Indian according to the Indian Act
Be living on Reserve
Have an infant up to 24 months old with an eligible parent
